Im trying to help someone fill out application for a disabled adult child & because they dont allow those certain applications to be done online you have to make an appointment so I called this morning they said my wait time was 120 Minutes that I can leave my phone number they would call me as I was in queue never received a phone call so I called back waited on the phone for 4 hours and 6 minutes and never got nobody to the phone y'all need some help or at least make it were folks can set up appointments online
