We also regularly receive unsolicited offers to boost our ratings for a fee — a clear attempt at blackmail that we categorically reject.

Unfortunately, Trustpilot’s current system allows anyone to post a review anonymously without verifying they are a genuine customer, making it increasingly unreliable. We remain committed to transparency and real customer service from our dedicated team.
