The very worse delivery company.

The very worse delivery company.
My delivery from Leroy Merlin was meant to be delivered on Friday 8th and nothing kept checking with their online chat absolutely useless, them meant to be delivered , Saturday nothing them Monday nothing. They have never contacted me or bothered to follow up. I have now instructed Leroy Merlin to issue a full refund. A totally unprofessional company, I would never buy from a company that uses them.

You reply is as appalling and unprofessional as your lack of service. Have you had the decency to resolve my lack of service " NO". You haven't bothered to inform Leroy Merlin that you didn't attempt to deliver my order, and as a result I out of pocket by 100e due to the fact you didn't bother to deliver and I have to cancel my builder 3 times due to your inifiecncy to not doing what you were contracted to do and deliver my order!!!. Are you going to refund me the 100e and bother to inform Leroy Merlin that you haven't kept to your contract and deliver my order which you were paid to do by them. I will be taking this matter further and will not stop until I receive a satisfactory outcome, I take great offence when you choice to ignore my complaint and reply " mentioning about the boys"!!!. You should be ashamed of yourselves and learn to treat customers with respect. 👎👎👎👎. I
