They sent a used, damaged wallet

I ordered a cardholder for airtag as birthday gift for my boyfriend, I was hoping it will arrive before his birthday, but it didn’t arrive at all. I sent an email to their customer support and they sent me a replacement. However, the replacement that they send me was an old and used wallet, wrong color, no attachment for airtag, and the button was not ejecting the cards. I had high hopes was so greatly disappointed!
