Pure fraud - company lies to make you pay
Hands off - obvious fraud!
They check your image before you pay, saying "It is biometric". The second you hit the "Pay" button, they tell you FOR EXACTLY THE IDENTICAL PICTURE that it is in fact not biometric. Now, I have a useless picture - whis is of course not their fault. But they bluntly lie beforehand to make you pay. saying "this picture is ok", when in fact it is not.
And without any shame, after I paid, they now request proof from ME that the picture is NOT biometric - even though that is their own assessment of the matter. It's them asking me for proof for their own statement. Completely absurd... and in any case, the picture is not ok, so they lied to me ahead of the purchase.
Bottom line: Hands off. Worst shit show ever, bluntly lying to customers to make you pay. Not actually providing any service whatsoever. And zero customer service.
