Within an hour of posting my resume on Monster I began getting calls from hiring companies. Just trying to fill jobs with anyone regardless of where they lived, what job they were looking for or if they were even interested. After the 3rd call I had to stop answering my phone. As an RN agencies are always looking for nurses all over the country and I had put a target on my back by listing myself on Monster. My Email, gads what a mess!
