This company is useless in past I had electrical heating but had to stay in for gas service. Even when I had gas meter removed same thing make me stay in for gas service. They often don't turn up or say we posted letter in box and no box. I have lost count of times I have waited in. I now have gas boiler but pump running all time. Went from sept 24 and still not fixed. They use company in stoke yet I am in northampton. They dont answer phone and neither does pheonix the company they use.
