I ordered a few items from Cheerful…
I ordered a few items from Cheerful Painting, including a paint-by-numbers canvas, brushes, and an easel. Unfortunately, one of the brushes was defective, and although I was promised a 10% refund, I never received it. Additionally, the paint-by-numbers kit did not meet my expectations.
I have tried contacting the company multiple times, but they have not responded to any of my messages. Furthermore, returning the item to China is extremely expensive (40-60 euros), and this was not made clear on the website. Interestingly, the package was originally shipped from Germany, which makes the situation even more confusing.
I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer service and response from this company. I hope others have a better experience, but I wanted to share my own struggles.
