Terrible Response Times, Overpriced 'Premium' Service

Worst customer service ever. They claim to have live chat, but no one is ever online, no matter what time you try. Even worse, it takes them over 2 business days to respond to anything—if you're lucky.

As for their so-called 'Premium creators,' almost everyone on the platform claims this status just to charge an extra $50, yet most of these 'Premium' creators can't even produce usable audio.

This platform started out great a few years ago, but now it's a complete disaster. If you're considering working with them, don't. Try another platform instead
