4 stars for Item which had a defect through no fault of More4Doors.
5 stars for customer service Vicky was extremely helpful kept me updated on return procedure even kept me up to date with each step of the process without me chasing it up. In the end I could not wait any further through personal circumstances so I jad cancel the process and was happy to live with it.
Vicky was respectful explained everything from the get go, without being vague or any attempts of clouding my situation and showed me the importance I deserved as a customer.
For future reference if you do want to purchase from these guys I would enquire about stock before you put an order through so you are aware of the timescale for the items to arrive to you and I am confident the staff will help you with the honesty. Please do not get put off by the negative comments, I have experience none of what has been said
