Terrible initial support!!!

I bought a dress that was sold as petite and it sadly wasn’t. I was around a week over my 28 days as I was trying to sort out the dress problem but I spoke to multiple people trying to rectify this, I couldn’t even exchange for another dress (within 28 days). Eventually Zoe helped me and saved the day!! I cannot thank her enough. Everybody else was dismissive and rude and Zoe came to my rescue! Be careful when buying from here as I could not find a way to exchange and there are no contact numbers for coast or Debenhams so this was not an easy situation to resolve. Thank you again Zoe, you were a true customer service assistant!

We don't currently offer an exchange service at this time although it is something we would love to offer in the future. We would advise to return your item and re-order the item in the size which you require.

It's great to hear that Zoe stepped in to assist with your return.

Be sure to collect a postage receipt when you return the parcel and keep it safe until you have received all of your refunds. If you haven't received your refunds after 15 days, just send a photo of your receipt and we can process the refund manually for you.
