Biopreventative unresponsive for refund request
I initiated a subscription for the 3 month Tirzepatide injections at a cost of $897 on 10/2 and completed the intake form. On 10/4 I received an email stating that Biopreventative cannot fulfill the order because Zepbound has been taken off the FDA drug shortage list. I immediately replied saying that I was not interested in the alternative Semaglatide and I wanted to cancel my subscription and receive a full refund. At that time the $897 charge was listed as pending on my credit card website. I also completed the online cancellation form. I have sent repeated emails, text messages, and online messages (through the Telegra online portal) stating that I want a full refund and to cancel my subscription. I have received NO reply from Biopreventative. I only continue to receive messages asking me to complete the intake form, which was already completed and messages asking me if I want to switch to Semaglatide. I am very frustrated with this company!
