Absolutely terrible. Plane eventually cancelled due to engine problem. Missed international connection so booked for next day. No compensation for parking or travel and would not honour 2 x $15 food vouchers on the next day flight. Refused $39 voucher on $3000 fare. Sullen check in woman . This is the reason I try to avoid flying Qantas like the plague since the early 2000’s
