Really, really pleased with the whole Sascron Car Supermarket experience, which came as a very pleasant surprise. Saw on the internet what I believed to be a very reasonably priced BMW car for my son, which more that lived up to expectations when I visited the Sascron showroom. Was welcomed at reception by the smiley Pippa who was a delight, shown around the vehicle by lovely Rebecca who was very knowledgable about the particular car that I was interested in, and went on a test drive to the local village with. I at no time felt under pressure to buy the vehicle which I was sure would have happened before visiting Sascron, in fact all details having been explained to me over a cup of very good coffee, I was left to look at the car again. I decided to buy said BMW as it had low mileage, was in very good condition with service history, and exceptional value for money, especially with the promise of a new MOT, as the current one expired in about 3 months time. The deal was done, I took up a couple of years warranty at extra cost and some paint protection, both of which were I believe good value when looked into. Deposit paid I agreed to collect the car in a few days time after the balance was sorted out and the car prepared and serviced at minimal cost just to make sure all was as should be. A new shock absorber was fitted as required when highlighted at the MOT, other than this the car was good to go. I returned to collect my vehicle and this time was handed over by one very friendly sales manager Jordan who deserves a mention, good coffee again thanks, to Simon who carried out the final paperwork and handover. Everything was carefully explained to me by Simon, all details double checked, the vehicle taxed at this time and presented to me in a fully valeted condition. I was over the moon as they say, which from an old sceptic like myself who was expecting the worst, and came away having experienced the best, can only say a huge thank you to all concerned at Sascron, you really are a breath of "fresh air" when it comes to sourcing a quality used car. My son was thrilled too, he's a lucky young man. Lastly, I never thought I would or could bring myself to say it about a car dealership, lol, but I would thoroughly recommend Sascron Car Supermarket if you are looking for a great buying experience, which is a rarity in my eyes. Well done, as I speak as I find in life, be it good or bad, you definitely will hear it like it is or was, this occasion it was brilliant. Robert Mark Alexander.
