I changed supplier!

I changed supplier, as I was fed up with their continued harassment by text, email, and people knocking on my door to take a Smart Meter. I was sent a cheque, as I was well in credit, only my bank would not accept it due to payee not legible. Contacted Scottish Power several times by phone and email explaining this, but a replacement cheque does not appear to be forthcoming. Probably delaying tactics on their part for changing suppliers!
