Feel like I overpaid big time

1) You can not reach them, tried reaching them online (form doesn't work, tried from different browsers) and via email (email address that they provide doesn't work either, get a failure notice), so the only way I was able to reach them is through Instagram.They know about this problem, but it still exists, and that very frustrating.
2) I made there orders with them and spent over $740 and I feel like I overpaid them, because the quality of the posters are really not the best (some posters looks like they were low on ink). And all the bigger posters are wave under the frame, looks very cheap (when in fact it is not).
