Ashby olive backpack - a great bag which is robust and comfortable to wear. Unfortunately one of the zips broke whilst on holiday a week after buying the bag. Contacted customer service when I got back and received very prompt reply and a replacement bag within two days. No quibble. Amazing customer service!
