Truck was not a run and drive truck

Truck was not a run and drive truck. I used Ride safely delivery and that costed me 4 days of storage fees. Never will I use them again. All lies.

Dear James,

Thank you for your business and for choosing to purchase your vehicle through us. We appreciate your feedback and want to address the concerns you've raised.

Please note, you did not file a complaint with us regarding the issues mentioned. All auctions certify that the vehicle was able to start ("RUN," either with a jump or without) and engage gears ("DRIVE") when it was deposited at the auction. As stated on our website, there is no guarantee that the vehicle will maintain its "Run and Drive" status at the time of pickup for various reasons. For more details, please hover over the "?" next to "Run and Drive" on our site or visit our FAQs at FAQs on Vehicle Verification.

Purchasing vehicles from a salvage auction comes with inherent risks, even for vehicles with a clean title, particularly for older models like your 7-year-old vehicle with over 100,000 miles.

We regret any inconvenience caused by the condition of the vehicle and the resulting storage fees. As we are not the auction itself, we rely on the information provided by the auction and cannot perform our own inspections or access additional photos or details.

We sincerely apologize for the difficulties you experienced. Despite this, we noticed that you placed bids on three additional vehicles after posting your review. We value your continued engagement and look forward to serving you in the future.

Warm regards,
Team RideSafely
