This experience was too good to be true. I kept questioning if it was legit because it was SO EASY. I was approved in less than 2 mins. Submitted everything online in minutes, that was Friday. They sent a notary to my house to complete paperwork Monday, and I had my money Friday. 5 days. It was the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had with any lender! I never spoke to anyone, which is nice, because I hate dealing with people🤣but they were there if I needed them, and have a chat bubble anytime i had questions. I could not believe it!! Then the payments are great, the interest rate was better than competitors. 10/10 recommend. And if you find yourself here from questioning if this can possibly be real, because it is such an easy process, IT IS INDEED!! I will say the only thing that some people may not like, is you are required to take out the full amount upfront, unlike traditional Helocs where you can take out as needed. This didn't bother us at all because we wanted to do this anyways!! And we still have a withdraw period where we can pull out money we have paid if needed. You will NOT find an easier or a more pleasant experience!! FIGURE CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!
