The engineers were great

The engineers were great, however the rest of the service was poor. I was upgrading to fibre but the original conduit was blocked, so the first engineer couldn't complete the job. Another team came out to check, tried a bigger rod but failed, so said a soft dig was needed. They turned up a week later without warning and did the job. Then heard nothing, so phoned sky only for them to say they need to do a soft dig, which told them it was done. Had to keep phoning sky only to be told the same and said it was open reach haven't ticked off the job. Eventually got it sorted, but a lack of communication from open reach was disappointing.

I 'm sorry to hear this happened Brain, you're provider will deed this back to ourselves. I understand your frustration on this but I am glad you are now in service. Cheers Gareth
