I recently ordered from this company and received my order in 5-7 days. I had an issue with a pump halfway through usage and left them a message. They called me back two days later and sent me a replacement. The products have been great and work very well on my face. I currently use them on my face and the inner dark spots on my thighs. I read the other reviews and am sorry this happened to people. My experience has been great so far. I also didn't sign up for a subscription and just placed a one-time order.
