Did not get all ordered prints but was charged for them all. The size of the posters are also misleading as they include a boarder in the overall size - all are too small for what I thought I was getting so I won't be able to use them.

We are really sorry to hear that the posters didn't meet your expectations. To confirm, some of our posters include a white border as part of the design. Details of the white border are always listed in the product description on the website, and this is also reflected in the pictures of the poster. We try to advertise our sizes as accurately as possible, due to this we have chosen to show the full measurement for the poster, which would correspond to the frame size.
