THE WORST
For the 4th time, my ticket has been closed without a resolution. On social media I get told to wait for ticket resolution. Once again, I got confirmed by YOUR staff at the airport that you guys had a technical issue with the application and I would just need to ask for a REFUND. I sent you proof of it, I CLAIM my refund. This should have been an easy problem to solve and it's turning into a nightmare.
