Thank you for your feedback, which we take very seriously. I have investigated your order and can explain why your package took a little longer to arrive than you had hoped.

We have a next-day cutoff at 3.30 pm, which enables us to efficiently process orders and ensure same-day dispatch of parcels.

The next-day service is a business-day service, so unfortunately, your delivery encountered a couple of hiccups.

You placed your order at 16:35 on a Thursday. Your parcel was shipped on Friday as a next-day service and arrived at 14:31 on Monday.

The parcel did exactly what we advertised, however, we do understand that you may find it frustrating if it doesn't arrive as quickly as you had expected.

I hope this explains how our next-day service works but we will look into if we can make it clearer when purchasing.
