Ambulance chasers in a different pin stripe suit.

One of the many cases they took regarding the Woodford Fund debacle. 4 long years of waiting with little in the way of meaningful or hopeful communication and at the end of the day a disappointing recommendation to take the settlement of a paltry £90 of which I paid a ‘win’ fee back to them.

Not so much unprofessional just disinterested in fighting the clients corner. I knew it would likely end badly but not ‘that’ badly.

I was one of the lucky ones in hindsight, some retail investors lost upwards of 50-100k plus and more.

Would I recommend? In all honesty - No. Would I re-engage them for future claim work? No.
