Ordered 2 sets of bedroom furniture and paid by debit card. The following day the order was cancelled. Phoned the bank and they said HOF hadn’t called for the money so it was ‘pending’. Told to reorder and the original amount would refund. Ordered for a 2nd time but paid by PayPal - 2nd order now been cancelled. Payment for both orders are still pending in the bank. Phoned the bank and they said they can’t recall them until 5 working days after they were paid when they are sure the company aren’t going to call for it. I told them the orders have been cancelled and they said it’s because of the regulations stating that for fraud reasons they can’t release the money for 24 hours but the company won’t wait 24 hours and are cancelling the orders. It means I’ve got nearly £1,000 the bank can’t release (I was ordering 2 sets) and I’ve got no money left to order from anywhere else. There’s no phone number for this place so all I can do is raise a ticket
