Service Disappointing

Engineer came out {at a cost of £300+), was unable to fix microwave even though out of warranty but barely used - parts will take about a month. Then managed to knock out hot water and air conditioning for whole property - a particular problem as recovering from major surgery. Was about to spend a huge amount of money on another of their appliances but will now swerve.

There does not seem to be a facility to respond to your reply but 1. there can't have been many 'Andrew Pikes' having microwaves serviced today in the UK 2. I have spoken to your staff 4 times and 3. I have written to your CEO, so should have thought you have many ways to contact me
