Follow up on previous reply

Since there is no way of responding to the previous reply I am starting a new review. The response to my complaint is simply a lie. The technician did not provide any estimate beyond the callout fee quoted when I booked. There is zero transparency about the actual fee, and this company operates a system of extortion plain and simple. Do not be deceived by the apparently reasonable tone of the reply.

For the record, their so-called skilled technician lied to me by suggesting that one of the lamps they connected did not work because of a faulty bulb. I have tried new bulbs and it does not light.
