$100 fee if you delay order

My initial experience was great/meds fine but next shipment was auto ship charge. AS soon as I saw the charge I let them know i wasnt in town and to cancel. I was refunded $100 short. I inquired and they were keeping $100 for med processing even though nothing had been sent or done. I was going to reorder but if I loose $100 every time I need to delay an order, then it's not worth it. I did reach out to the company and they refused to return the $100. I was completely dismissed and they kept the $ and offered nothing towards my next shipment and think it's ok to fine $100 if you decide to take a vacation. ship dates are not posted.
