Jet2Holidays were great, however we were less happy with the accommodation at LIVVO Las Gaviotas. We were in Block 8 - a number of streets and other accommodations away from Reception. Having booked - twice face to face with Gaviotas Reception staff to ensure it was available- the shuttle bus to get us from Block8 back to reception- no bus came to pick us up. Trued dialling reception and constantly an engaged signal. We therefore had no option but to drag our suitcases done 700 meters to reception to check- out and to ensure we were in time to catch the Jet2 bus to the airport. We are both in our 70’s and this is disgraceful and unacceptable way to treat guests.
