On my visit to Carraig Donn, Crescent shopping centre.
I met a very pleasant girl named Hollie. She was so helpful and so jolly, creating a very positive atmosphere in the store.
I have to mention Annette also who I have met on previous occasions and
again is very pleasant, chatty and most
helpful. Indeed I have always over the
years found staff and managers
extremely pleasant,helpful and professional. Mind you the current manager Kris could definitely take a 'leaf
out of the book' of his co-workers both past and present who deserve a five star rating and shouldn't be penalised
because of their manager. He was the first staff member of Carraig Donn that I ever met and found my experience with a negative one. I would give him a one star rating.
