Problematic to Cancel Service
Inform them you want to cancel and they'll tell you that you have to talk to an account manager which is ridiculous. You leave them a reason for cancellatoin and your number and they never call. In the meantime they will continue charging you your subscription rate. You can contact their support team but they can't help - you have to talk to an account manager.
Timeline 2024:
Jun27 Cancellation Requested
Jun27 Response: Account Manager will call soon
Jul15 Charged for another month of service
Jul19 Contacted support, no refund & same response
Jul19 Filed dispute for charges
