1 star is too much. Absolutely the rudest staff from check in to departure. Unhelpful and obnoxiously rude. Toilets are disgusting, tables are dirty and uncleared, everywhere. Pricing of food is a disgrace, total price gouging. What a tip. I don't know what their problem is but this 'culture' of surliness and rudeness is ingrained and can only be changed from the top down. So I can presume the management are tossers too.
