The wrong colour and lesser value bike…
The wrong colour and lesser value bike was sent for my daughter’s 11th birthday.
Balfe’s were quick to remedy with an offer to exchange for the right one or keep the wrong one with money back our way.
My daughter keen to use it, decided to keep it.
Only after using it did we realise the gears were not set up correctly so the top chain ring could not be used - need to use a LBS to resolve.
