Shameful

Please, please, please look for another ticket provider. This company has zero capacity for customer service and if you have an issue you will wish you had listened.
I booked 4 tickets to Leeds festival, early entry weekend camping which were expensive. Since then I have obtained a camper van and want to use it for the weekend. All I wanted was 2 of the tickets to be swapped for camper van versions and I would happily pay a little extra for this exchange. Instead I was told to buy brand new tickets and they would refund the original ones. I have just lost my job and explained I simply cannot afford to buy more tickets. This meant nothing to them and this was the response.

“We understand that this frustrates you, however, we can't process the exchange here on our end, we can only advise you to rebook new tickets and we will refund your previous tickets.

I'm sorry that we can't help you further with this, but if you have any other questions please don't hesitate to get in touch.”

This was from Ticketmaster themselves who I purchased the tickets from originally, so how on earth can they not assist me if it’s the same company? It appears they may have a policy which they clearly stick to, but surely they should be able to offer more than they have?

This may appear trivial to some, but imagine yourself jobless and having to almost beg for help.

Shame on you Ticketmaster, shame!
