Too much of a hassle
It took an hour of troubleshooting before it was approved for me to get a refund. Then the representative made it sound like I would only get a refund for part of the cost of the timer because I had waited too long to call about the issue. I had received the purchase on 6/29 and called on 7/6. That was barely a week that included a holiday.
