Never again.

I arranged a return collection. Courier failed to show up - I waited in all day. Courier said they would come the next day - I waited in all day - they didn't show up. Wayfair said I could return to a parcel shop - I went to several but they said the box was too big... Wayfair said they would try collecting again and that I could leave the parcel by the door and didn't have to be at home. I did that. The courier was supposed to tell me the evening before what time the were coming. They didn't. I called the courier who said they would come the next day but that Wayfair hadn't given authorisation for me not to be there. Wayfair said FIVE times that they would let the courier know but failed to do so and on the sixth time of asking they said that it wasn't possible. Now they have said they will make an exception. I have spent FAR too much time on this. Will never shop at Wayfair again.

Update: Box was finally collected and I didn't have to be there but... it shouldn't have been SO painful to get there so I will keep to my vow and never shop at Wayfair again.
