Not only did I find beautiful, well-crafted furniture, but the same sales associate contacted me personally and was always available to help with fabric decisions and update me on my order / delivery status. She always remembered who I was. The delivery team was so friendly. I was informed by email, then by phone, when to expect my delivery. They placed my sofa into the room, and took away all the packing material. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I will definitely order from, or recommend to friends, Casey's.
