Booked a flight from Birmingham to Amsterdam - I received an email confirmation of the completed booking with reference number TRA12104104.
10 minutes after booking I received a phone call to say the price I paid was no longer available and to secure the flight I had 'already booked and paid for' I would need to pay an additional amount of money' I refused as I has purchased a ticket at the price advertised.
I asked for the flight to be cancelled and refunded.
Ironically, I then went back on their website and the same flight was being advertised at exactly the same price I had originally paid!

However, when you decided not to proceed with the booking and requested a refund, our customer executive processed the full refund. It should reflect in your account within 3-5 days. We deeply regret any inconvenience you experienced and appreciate your understanding.
