Booked a flight from Birmingham to…

Booked a flight from Birmingham to Amsterdam - I received an email confirmation of the completed booking with reference number TRA12104104.

10 minutes after booking I received a phone call to say the price I paid was no longer available and to secure the flight I had 'already booked and paid for' I would need to pay an additional amount of money' I refused as I has purchased a ticket at the price advertised.
I asked for the flight to be cancelled and refunded.

Ironically, I then went back on their website and the same flight was being advertised at exactly the same price I had originally paid!

Thank you for your feedback. The cabin class you booked was unavailable, and booking seats in the next available cabin would have incurred an additional cost of GBP 30. However, when you decided not to proceed with the booking and requested a refund, our customer executive processed the full refund. It should reflect in your account within 3-5 days. We deeply regret any inconvenience you experienced and appreciate your understanding.
