Horrible

Horrible! Very desapointing. I changed my sim with a new one, keeping the same number as I had no signal anywhere. It looks like I got the same problem. I can't get phone calls, I can't use data properly. I am looking forward to swap to a different provider. It's a shame, I've been with ee for more than 10 yrs.

If you're having trouble with your signal, our technical support team would be the very best people to speak with for support with that. You can speak with them by calling 150 from an EE mobile, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone and they'll be happy to help.
