Quick replacement of faulty kettle

Quick replacement of faulty kettle, new one arrived within one week. The one which was replaced was only one month old and l was shocked when it failed, being a Bosch. Luckily, I have a two year warranty so if it fails again something is not right. Bosch support was excellent.
