I love using Cat in a Flat as a cat sitter, but I've been a bit disappointed as a client. I've hired (supposedly) 5 start cat sitters but they haven't been so great. I wish we could review them differently; not directly and more specifically (communication, organisation, etc.). This way, at least the rating part could be done anonymously and then it'd be more accurate.
