Quick to take a booking but after care is shambles

P&O customer services - shocking. I am trying to speak to them about my cruise, the website does not allow me to amend/cancel so I need to ring or fill out the form. I have filled the form out twice in 7 days and no response, I have rang most days and been on hold for over 40 minutes and not getting anywhere ! This is a shocking service for customers.
P&O - your quick to take a booking but not so quick on providing after service !
