Had to get refund through paypal after WOB ignored me
I have no idea what has happened to WOB. I have placed many orders in the past and had no issues. The process of ordering was good and the items always sent quickly. Then there was my latest order!
I ordered three DVD's making use of the offer of three items and getting a 30% discount. All items were supposedly in stock and I received an order confirmation shortly after placing my order. Usually within a day or two the items are on their way but this time something was different. On the second day I sent a polite email because I had just received another order and I wanted to make sure that this order had not messed up their systems by confusing my second order. To confirm the orders contained different items. I was told shortly after 'good news my latest order was on its way'. This put my mind at rest. However when I got confirmation of what was being sent only one of the DVD's was included. I thought nothing of this because the other two I assumed would be sent later. A few days went by and I still had heard nothing about the other two so I chased the status politely of the missing DVD's and this is when WOB have gone silent. So after my polite email was ignored I sent a follow up wanting to know the status of the order or a resolution (in case the DVD's were not in stock). I also said in that email should I get no outcome I would start to leave reviews to highlight the issue I had encountered. I got no response so here I am writing this review. For verification purposes I have kept a copy of these emails which highlighy everything I have stated here. To summarise I ordered three DVD's and only received one and WOB seem disinterested in sending me the other two. They did take my money however for all three.
I did check the stock status of my order and one of the DVD's is no longer listed but the other movie has more than 20. I suspect this is what caused the problem but because WOB have ignored my attempts to find out what is happening I cannot be sure. Still I fail to understand if they have multiple copies of one of the DVD's why this has not been sent to me?
Like many people when you are ignored this leads to frustration. I used paypal to pay for my order so I have had to raise a claim with them to get a refund on the items not received. I have informed WOB about this and also that I have now ordered the DVD's elsewhere. I would strongly recommend anyone buying from WOB use paypal so they too can raise a refund should they encounter a similar issue. Personally the way I have been ignored by WOB means I will not be placing another order which is a shame because like I said in my opening paragraph, I have used WOB multiple times in the past with no problems.

My additional comments are in light of the copy and paste response by WOB. My review details my experience therefore it goes to show that the response shows no evidence my review has been read. I have better things to do with my time to keep sending emails about an issue WOB ignored when I tried this. I was clear in my messages before leaving my review here and I also stated I would not appreciate a lame excuse and I class a copy and paste response in this category. I gave WOB ample opportunity to resolve my issue (all evidenced in email) and it seems you thought ignoring these would make me go away.
