Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service - I phoned Halifax today after losing my job from a mental health crisis, I was told to phone financial assistance within the bank about a 17 pound account fee that left me overdrawn due to no income for 3 weeks. The lovely person I spoke too was sympathetic and sounded like he actually cared, certainly went further than you would expect an adviser for a bank too, he spoke to me as a human like a friend.
Might seem silly to some but since having no branches anymore having someone that makes the call more personal rather than scripted and robotic is an amazing thing.
