This company has the worst customer…
This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Call center, if you can call it that, LIED over and over again. I did not speak to a single person who did not lie regarding my order. At one point, a "manger" stated that I am not her customer. REALLY? My insurance, my order, my supplies but I am not her customer. Resolution would have taken much longer than needed if I would have trusted their "protocol and system". FOUR phone calls later and one of the calls actually being COLOPLAST itself.
