100% agree with Cleo Griffiths review

I would 100% agree with the review of Cleo Griffiths. I've regularly had to wait weeks to get answers to very basic questions. Worse still, the questions I have asked remain unanswered (aka ignored) and then I'm faced with the frustration of having to send another message to ask the very same questions all over AGAIN! It's honestly like a wild goose chase! Sadly, all of this is exacerbating my mental health problems. I've rarely spoken to the same person, so there is a BIG disconnect in your communications to the extent that you have to unnecessarily repeat things. Seem very unfair and I wish I didn't have to deal with this as it's really upsetting and to my mind, very unnecessary too! I feel that some of their staff are clearly in need of better training and more awareness of mental health in general as is the case with so many companies. Things need to improve.

Edited: 05/11/24: All to familiar response. I doubt they will even lift a finger to address the kind of problems I have mentioned. Comes down to bad management and greedy CEO's.
