My experience with Krueger Dirndl company
I have order two products in the same say, one from Dirndl.com and another from Krueger-Dirndl.de.
Krueger-Dirndl.de has delivered the package firstly. The problem is that they collaborate with a delivery company that didn't leave the package at the closest pick up point, but at one farther. Plus, the box was already opened. And the company threatened me that if I didn't pick it up as soon as possible, they'll return it at my expense (!!). I give them 3 stars because, at least, the product seems to be good quality and they always kept me updated about the delivery.
Dirndl.com delivered the package lately. Actually they never updated me. They once sent me a link to track my order and that's it. Therefore, some days later, when I realised there were no new changes regarding my order on the provided link, I wrote them and they advised me to go to the closest post office to ask for my package. I did that and I was informed by the post officer that the package was already delivered at the closest pick up point (which is just in the same building in which I live). In other words, their collaborator is even worse. What would have happened if I didn't think to ask about my order and just trust them? Oh, and take into account that the delivery cost me 19,99€! So I give them 2 stars because at least the quality of the product seems to be good, but very bad communication.
