Extremely Disappointed
I have been there customers for years but I often had terrible experiences with Cettire, which left me highly dissatisfied and frustrated. Here are the major issues I encountered:
1. **Abysmal Customer Service**: Cettire has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their response time to emails is painfully slow, even when I marked my inquiries as urgent. I often had to wait 2-3 days, and sometimes up to a week, to get a reply. This is completely unacceptable for a high-end product seller.
2. **Confusing Split Packages**: Every time I placed an order, it was split into multiple packages, creating a lot of confusion. On one occasion (last year), one of my items was lost because of this splitting. Despite contacting customer service, they never acknowledged their mistake or took any action. They promised to investigate but remained silent until I gave up.
3. **Import Clearance Issues**: Although Cettire is a US-based online store and includes all import clearance fees in the price, they shift the responsibility to the customer when problems arise. Items shipped from Italy directly to me required import duty payment, which I had to request a refund for from Cettire, wasting my time. Recently, DHL held my package because they needed information from the importer. As a customer, I do not have this information and explained this to DHL. I contacted Cettire, but their slow response led to the package being returned. I had to request a refund once again.
Overall, my experience with Cettire has been extremely disappointing. Their poor customer service, confusing shipping practices, and lack of accountability for import issues make shopping with them a nightmare.
