I got my fluid card because I wanted to transfer the balance of my Aqua card. I tried to do this once I received my card to take advantage of the reduced interest rate incentive but because Aqua and Fluid are both part of the NewDay Group I was not allowed to do this. This is very unfortunate and I would never have ordered the Fluid card had I if known this beforehand. That is a real flaw I have to say.
